Jaime Eduardo Ortiz Pallares
Jaime Eduardo Ortiz Pallares, Attorney at Law, is a founding partner and consulting lawyer of Ortiz, Noriega y Gonzalez, S.C. in corporate and business matters.
•Currently he is secretary of several boards of directors for companies.
•He has participated on public and private stock offers, companies’ restructures, mergers and acquisitions, ruling and execution of strategic alliances, leading and development of legal due diligences, advise on dealing and participation of public and private bids, drafting of agreements and contracts, keeping and maintenance of corporate records and ledgers of companies, among others.
•He has acted as an expert witness on Mexican Law in the USA.

Guillermo Noriega Marra
Guillermo Noriega Marra, is a founding member of ORTÍZ, NORIEGA Y GONZÁLEZ and is in charge of the Cancun, Quintana Roo office. His main areas of specialization have been securities and exchange law, financial, corporate and real estate laws. He graduated from the Law School at Universidad Panamericana. He has done other studies both in Mexico and abroad regarding real estate, corporate, financial and securities and exchange laws. He worked at the Latin America capital markets area of Brown & Wood, LLP, New York branch. He has also participated as a professor in the class Securities and Credit Operations at Universidad Panamericana, and as the head professor in Mercantile Law at Universidad LaSalle campus Cancun and at Universidad Anahuac campus Cancun.
Victor Manuel González Lerma
Victor Manuel Gonzalez Lerma, graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico). His professional development has mostly centered in the financial scope, working both at Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A. and American Express Co. Mexico, S.A. de C.V. He has also worked in several prestigious firms of the country, specializing in corporate and administrative matters. He has also served as a professor of mercantile law matters at Universidad Iberoamericana Campus Mexico and in the Center of Superior Studies on Administration (Centro de Estudios Superiores en Administracion). He has taken part in various forums, in topics of corporate law, industrial property and development of national and foreign franchise systems. Private mediator No.578 registered with Mexico City Supreme Court, participating in civil, trade, family mediation processes, as well as congresses and associations to promote the solution and prevention of legal controversies through alternate mechanisms.
